We collect your personal information in order to process and ship your orders. We do not provide any other party with any of your information except for the financial institutions who process our transactions. We do not overwhelm you with email and letters like many companies do. However, on very rare occasion, we may send an email to our customers with special news about our company such as a large retail launch making products available locally for our customers.

Returns
To protect the integrity of our products, and your safety, we do not accept returns. This policy also helps us keep the products costs down since we are not exposed to the schemes of unethical people. Please make sure that you understand this policy before ordering. Our products have a very high success rate; however, since all people are different, no product is ever 100% effective for everyone. We can not cancel an order once it has shipped.

Fast Service
We process orders the same day they are received and generally ship within 1-2 business days under normal circumstances. To ensure rapid processing of your order, be sure to complete all necessary information on the Order Form.
